Our answer book holds 75 answers to “Name a type of sushi or sashimi”, from the first thing anyone would say to names almost nobody would think of. Most people go straight for Salmon, Tuna or Sashimi, so those barely lift the rocket. It is a fairly short list: only 13 answers sit in the two rarest tiers, so reaching one takes real knowledge.
