Our answer book holds 47 answers to “A Sichuan dish”, from the first thing anyone would say to names almost nobody would think of. Most people go straight for Mapo tofu, Kung Pao chicken or Dan dan noodles, so those barely lift the rocket. It is a fairly short list: only 7 answers sit in the two rarest tiers, so reaching one takes real knowledge.
Food questions reward what you have actually eaten, so regional dishes and old family recipes are a good place to dig. You will find it in stage 50, “Far East Feast”, of the Kitchen mission. The first stages of every mission are free, and later stages come with the full mission.
