An English word that comes from Arabic

Our answer book holds 87 answers to “An English word that comes from Arabic”, from the first thing anyone would say to names almost nobody would think of. Most people go straight for Coffee, Sugar or Zero, so those barely lift the rocket. It is a fairly short list: only 16 answers sit in the two rarest tiers, so reaching one takes real knowledge.

Long words and technical words are worth trying here, because almost everybody stops at the short ones. You will find it in stage 38, “Word Souvenirs”, of the Words mission. The first stages of every mission are free, and later stages come with the full mission.
