Our answer book holds 65 answers to “A word with a silent B”, from the first thing anyone would say to names almost nobody would think of. The answers that come to mind first are Lamb, Comb and Climb. They count, but they keep you close to the ground. It is a fairly short list: only 11 answers sit in the two rarest tiers, so reaching one takes real knowledge.
Word questions reward thinking about spelling and sound rather than meaning, so say a few out loud. You will find it in stage 30, “Silent Treatment”, of the Words mission. The first stages of every mission are free, and later stages come with the full mission.
